Option 2 - One Day Retreat - GTM

 To insure that you receive the full benefit  of this retreat there is a preparation process. This begins with a zoom call that helps to identify your intentions for this retreat and opens you to start exploring what you are looking to work on and change. The Sacred energetic container will be opened at this point and stays open until the integration call a few weeks after the retreat. As soon as the sacred container is open the work will have begun. Once the intentions and areas to work with have been established we will send you any relevant information needed to support you - including access to a dedicated Whatsapp contact with us.   
The day of the retreat starts with an opening ceremony giving you a chance to explore what has come up during the preparation period. How the day progress will depend on this.
