About the Course
Hello beautiful people
These monthly meetings are all about connection. The opportunity to meet like minded people, of all ages and walks of life. Coming together with the same purpose - for connection and self discovery.
We're connecting with our hearts, with ourselves and with who we really are.
We're connecting with each other, our soul mission and with the divine.
Often we ask ourselves: Why are we here? What did we come here to do? Did we come here to hold light? Did we come here to bring love and compassion? Did we come here to be a teacher? Why are we here?
The intention for this group, without any dogma or religion attached, is for connection, our individual unique connection to God with our own heart, with ourselves and with everyone else.
Our role as facilitators is to hold Sacred Space and to support the flow of the evening.
Each month there will be a theme which is then explored in a variety of ways: through discussion and meditations, sharing both in circles and one to one, talking, laughing, dancing and singing.
Listening and being heard are both powerful and transformational.
Our experience is that you leave feeling enriched and more connected to yourself, others and to all that is.
